I am very delighted ITQ was recognized with the VMware Partner Innovation Award in the category Partner Professional Services (PPSP) for EMEA, at the VMware Partner Leadership Summit’, says Francisco Perez van der Oord, CEO ITQ.
He continues: ‘This was a great honour for ITQ and a recognition of the investment we made into VMware competencies, the hard work delivered by the ITQ team and the excellent cooperation with VMware.’

Although ITQ has also delivered various successful projects abroad (up to the Middle East region), the primary target market has always been The Netherlands. Up till now. Since a few years already, we have been thinking about expanding our reach further into the Benelux region in order to better align with the VMware Benelux organization.

As per February 1st, 2018, ITQ will open a branch in Leuven, Belgium, with the objective to build a local team of technical consultants specialized in VMware technologies to cover the Belgian and Luxembourg market.

‘We are not going to the World Championship football in 2018, we prefer to go to Belgium’, jokes Francisco. On a more serious note, he continues: ’Expanding our activities across the entire Benelux region makes a lot of sense. Over time, this team will also build the competencies in the 5 pillars of ITQ: Software-Defined Data Center, Hybrid cloud, End-User Computing, Cloud-Native Apps and IT Transformation Services. This also creates opportunities for experienced and passionate VMware engineers, consultants or architects to join the ITQ team.’
