I have made a simple query in Log Insight to alert and or dashboard when HA and or DRS gets disabled/enabled. Just very basic but a nice to have!

DRS :

HA :

com.vmware.vim25.dasenabledevent
com.vmware.vim25.dasdisabledevent
DRS disabled events
HA disabled events
