Kubernetes as a Service
“Kubernetes as Services” refers to a managed platform that enables the deployment, scaling, and operation of containerised applications using Kubernetes, reducing the complexity and management overhead for operators.
ITQ MMAS support provides a responsive service that quickly delivers a cluster to the customer. Our specialists work with the customer to discuss needs and fine-tune requirements related to scaling and security. Our automation provisions a Kubernetes cluster and associated infrastructure and tooling within minutes, and our specialists help onboard users by providing appropriate credentials.
ITQ MMAS support ensures that the supported components are correctly installed and updated in the customer environment and validates their health. ITQ MMAS product updates and lifecycle management aim for zero impact and downtime by using automation and component redundancy wherever possible.
ITQ MMAS monitors supported components and automatically generates alerts that are sent to ITQ MMAS support, where a ticket is created, and action is taken based on impact and severity. A high-level KPI Dashboard is available for customers to check platform health and KPI history.
ITQ MMAS provides an OCI Image Registry component, Harbor, which secures artifacts with policies and access control, scans and signs images, and delivers compliance and interoperability. ITQ MMAS support sets up appropriate rights and roles in Harbor for storage and security scanning of images. ITQ MMAS manages Harbor’s lifecycle and backups. Starting from
