As I see it, being in control of the financial processes is a crucial aspect for a growing company. Frequent monitoring of past results, forecasts and proper management of the company's financial position enable the management to make sound investment decisions. To me, it is my responsibility to provide insight in the company's financial position to the management, to facilitate them in decision-making.
