My personality is characterized as spontaneous, flexible, punctual,commercial, cheerful but above all someone who goes flat out for his goals and who will do his utmost to achieve them. Because of my experience in sales (business to business) as well as in purchasing (in which I switched with internal customers and external suppliers), I have a broad orientation in the sales field and can readily identify with the different facets and relationships involved. As a Sales & Operation Planner I am responsible, together with the various delivery teams, that the right consultant is linked to the project that suits him or her best. I connect supply and demand and I bridge the gap between the sales department and all other departments within ITQ.
In addition, I will ensure that customer requests for scheduling a consultant are picked up and I will be the point of contact between customer and consultant.
My goal is that core processes within ITQ run smoothly so that everyone can do what they do best!
