Helping colleagues and organizations move forward with well-functioning systems and programs is what I truly love doing.
Implement technical solutions to create the safest and most productive digital work environment possible.
I consider myself as a jack-of-all-trades; I want to know a bit about everything so I can bridge the gap between technology and user needs, serving as a vital link within the organization.
You can see this reflected in my career, spanning from Classic OS9, macOS, Microsoft Windows workstation and server in many flavors, to Google Chrome OS, MDM Intune, and Microsoft 365. Yet, there is always one constant: the end user—the employee who needs to be able to do their job. Ultimately, that’s what it’s all about.
I love solving complex technical issues by finding the simplest possible solution, or better; preventing them from arising in the first place. IT isn’t just about fixing things; it’s also about delivering solutions.
AI combined with PowerShell, AppleScript, and Bash scripts: I love it. Learning by doing suits me best, though sometimes training, certificates, and the necessary paperwork are great for diving more deep into a subject quickly.
