We are the Dutch Independent VMware Knowledge Partner. In 2014, we decided to change our company strategy towards a 100% focus on VMware products and solutions. Our main reason for that was (and still is) that we believe in their strategy for the Software-Defined Datacenter, End-User Computing, Hybrid Cloud and Cloud Native Applications.
Ever since, our journey has taken us all over the planet and it wasn’t always easy. But with a growing team of consultants, project managers, sales specialists and supporting staff, all driven by their passion to be the best in their field, we’ve travelled this journey and have come to where we are now.
The year 2016 was a great one. In the past 12 months our team has been working on some of the greatest and most challenging projects. All those projects are driven by innovation but have different goals: “To help our customers to get ahead of the competition”, “To have a highly secured infrastructure that is fully automated” or “To be able to simplify the desktop and application landscape”. Of course, all based on VMware technology.
On the 18th of January 2017, VMware Netherlands hosted the annual New Years Partner Event, to thank partners for their effort in helping VMware to become the best in class. VMware awarded a small selection of partners that made a real difference, in specific categories. ITQ was nominated in three of the five Award categories:
“Most Committed Partner of the Year”
“Best success story of the year”
“Champion of the Year” for Johan van Amersfoort
The nominations alone were a great recognition of what we have achieved in the past 12 months. We are over the moon after winning the Award for “Most Commited Partner of the Year” and winning the Award for “Champion of the Year” by Johan van Amersfoort. We see this not only as a great recognition of our work in the past 12 months, but also as a confirmation that we chose the right company strategy back in 2014.
