Rearranging someone's living room furniture without including them in the change, will probably leave them angry and misunderstood. This concept applies to a digital workspace just as much. A successful project and change is defined by the happiness of the customer. I know this to be true because I've been on the customer side of a large change in the Digital Workspace at a Dutch municipality. Thanks to working with ITQ on that project we achieved a huge success.
