Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the digital workspace and end user computing space;
- Manage and grow relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services;
- Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the value of our solutions;
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, proposition, and managed services to ensure timely and successful delivery of our products and services;
- Monitor and report on the performance of accounts, including revenue and retention;
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends;
- Provide subject matter expertise on digital workspace and end user computing solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
