You will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to grow the business.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts;
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain these accounts;
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the business;
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet those needs;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support;
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Manage the entire account life cycle, from onboarding to renewal.
